This is a Seattle Chimney project where we installed a new Landmark roof by CertainTeed and rebuilt two chimneys from the roof line up. An important aspect of waterproofing any roof that is equipped with chimneys is ensuring that the masonry, including the brick, mortar joints, crown and masonry counter flashing is in good condition.
