Edmonds Project

This project entailed converting an old tile roof with a built-in gutter system to a high-end composition roof with a seamless gutter system. When we started the project the tiles were cracking in several areas, the roof was leaking and the overhangs and fascia were completely rotten. We installed all new fascia, barge, ACX plywood on the overhangs, Presidential TL (Spanish Tile),  and aluminum seamless gutters. Check the gallery for final photos.
