Lake Union Houseboat Project

This was a small roof repair that entailed removing an old fiberglass membrane product and standing seam metal panels that were transitioned together improperly. We repaired all rotten framing and installed a 50 mil. Gray PVC membrane by IB Roof systems. Final photos can be found in the photo gallery.
