I am very impressed with the professionalism and craftsmanship of Lenny and his Pinnacle Roofing Pros company. My old cedar shakes roof gave signs of failing. I called PRP for an inspection. During our initial meeting, Lenny checked the roof and pointed out the flaws in the materials, with photos he took with his iPhone. The roof was not fixable and needed replacement. Next, he explained the process and the different materials options I could consider. The same day, he followed up and emailed 4 different proposals. It was very easy and timely to communicate with Lenny over the phone or in email during the whole process, while we agreed on the schedule to accommodate his other projects and to find a day without rain, when his crew could start work and open up the roof. The crew, led by Paulo, showed a high level of commitment to quality and competence. For instance, they found out that the original plywood of the old roof was in good shape, and decided not to replace it. But it was not anchored well to my roof beams, so they just fixed this. And Lenny credited me back for it, as the initial contract cost included plywood replacement. The whole work, once started, proceeded at a very fast and intense pace. The whole operation was clean and smooth. At the end of the work, Paulo came once more to apply some finishing touches and do a final inspection. All in all, this is the most honest, reliable and competent building company I had ever done business with. It was, really, a privilege to work with Lenny, Paulo and Pinnacle Roofing. It was a very pleasing experience. The work is beautifully done, shows craftsmanship and is backed to the PRP 10 years warranty and by the manufacturer’s 50 years warranty on materials.

We had some work done on our roof last year and when the problem returned I called Lenny who had one of his guys come and check it out within an hour. That alone impressed me! Within thirty minutes the problem was identified and carefully explained to me. Here's the awesome part, because the new problem was so closely related to the new one, Lenny decided not to charge me!! I sent his guy Paulo home with a tip and wrote this review. I’ve had such great experiences with Pinnacle Roofing, on this, my third project using them, that I cannot imagine using anyone else going forward. Overall Pinnacle Roofing Professionals are just that, professionals. We hired them in 2013 to make a repair on our aging roof and were pleased with their work. Fast forward to 2018 when it was time to replace the roof. Jason in Sales gave us a prompt estimate for our home to be re-roofed, new fascia installed and new gutters installed. The Project Manager Ricky was attentive to the details of this significant sized project and Tony the lead on the crew, along with the other crew members ensured that everything was done well. Jason promptly answered questions about the proposal and the owner, Lenny, ensured that warranty information was complete and that we were happy with their services. To that end, we vetted 8 additional roofing contractors for this project and are very happy we selected Pinnacle. Fantastic Company, Great Staff and Crew. The installers were always on time and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone was very personable and did extremely clean, professional work and on days we had delays due to the power company, they kept in contact with us and even helped put together our generator.  As far as we were concerned, couldn't find a better company than Pinnacle.

Lenny of Pinnacle Roofing is one of the best.  Pinnacle executed a complex series of roofing projects for our condo complex. Despite the complexities of the project Pinnacle was able to get the job done without a hitch.  Lenny is also a great communicator, always available by phone or e-mail.

Pinnacle Roofing has been one of the best business experiences I have ever had. These folks know what they are doing. The are truly State Of the Art in solar installations. My project was one of the tougher ones. I have a Gas Generator as well as wanting both Grid return as well as battery backup consumption with the right priorities on the sequence of events. They worked it out perfectly. Always open for adjustments and willing to take their time and discuss technical matters when called for.  I recommend Pinnacle Roofing 100% for putting in a brand new roof, as well as doing amazing job with their solar energy implementation.

Awesome experience with a new roof and solar panels

We recently bought a house and had to change the roof. We decided to put solar panels at the same time. Lenny and his team at Pinnacle Roofing were absolutely great to work during the entire process. Despite a few difficulties getting the initial quote (we had a hard time syncing up), the job went really smoothly after that. We first compared roof prices (without solar) and Pinnacle Roofing was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They had a very competitive offer with what we felt was a superior product (Northgate shingles). During the work, it came to light that our roof was not built right (and we would therefore not get the full warranty on the shingles) but Lenny and his team worked with us to make it right. It did increase our cost but it was very reasonable for the work they had to do. For the solar panels, Lenny gave us a very thorough analysis of what our solar production could be, the time it would take to "pay it off", etc. The installation of the solar panels went without a hitch and everyone we dealt with was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The only difficultly was getting our utility company to come and change out the meters but Pinnacle couldn't really control that. Once the meters were changed, they were there the next day to make sure everything was working. Lenny has continued to provide assistance with the new system even after everything was done (filing for incentives, etc.). Overall, a 1st rate service. Pinnacle also made it very easy to get a no-interest 12 months loan which made the whole process a lot simpler (particularly right after buying a house...).

Pinnacle Roofing was very professional and clean during the installation. They did very high quality work on both the solar and roofing side. They even noticed some minor problems with other subcontractors work they needed attention. I would have no problems recommending them to anyone who is looking for a highly professional solar and roofing company.

I cannot say enough about Lenny and his fabulous crew at Pinnacle Roofing. We had a very complicated job involving all new trusses and going from a flat roof to a pitched roof. Every aspect of the job was explained and priced more than fairly. There are always glitches on jobs of this magnitude and all were met professionally and handled quickly by the owner, Lenny and the foreman, Paulo. The crew we had here, Ronny, Mark and the incredible carpenter, Ralph, were knowledgeable, highly skilled and very capable at their respective jobs. When our house had no roof and we were in "mid-truss", a huge rainstorm came through. The crew (especially Ronny) worked overtime to secure and waterproof our entire roof to protect everything from the rain. After two days of torrential downpour, we had three drops of water in the garage. That's it. Plus one of the crew came by each day to check on things to make sure we were good until the work could start again. Our house looks better than I could even imagine all thanks to Pinnacle. No matter whatever unexpected issues or can of worms came up, Lenny met us halfway. I can't say that about any other contractor I've ever worked with. EVER.

So professional and cost-effective. Their technical expertise is top notch and they cover all aspects of the solar installation well. Already thinking about using them for future expansion of my solar system
